I so miss you mom...
Its been 2 weeks since my mom passed away. Its been so fucken hard....I slowly I feel myself getting back to normal.......Well I don't know if normal is the right word as I don't think I will ever be normal again. Oh heck I was never normal anyhow.....Its just a big change and a very big hurt that is hard to explain or relay into words....still.....

I so miss her everyday still and think about her every single day so much.... Only thing that helps is keeping busy which seems to help a bit-- as long as my mind seems to be focused on other things it helps... I know I look like shit and feel like shit....Lots of sleeping......but I am hanging in there.

I've learned that it never gets better, but it does get easier. Not a day goes by that i don't think about my Mom.

My mum has been gone two yrs...I dont think it gets better, it becomes different, the way we handle it...but she will always be with you, in the breeze, a flower, her favorite song....time changes the loss but doesnt take it away...

hugs

A wise woman once said to me "grieving is hard work". It sure is. Allow yourself to give into it as it crashes upon you. When my mom died in 1999 (I was a young 24 years old) I did not give myself the time I needed and ended up losing my shit about 2 months after her death. Be gentle with yourself.

Glad to hear that your making it. You never get over the loss but you will get used to it. My grandmother was my mom and I still miss her it's been about 20 years and I still think of her often.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

Oh honey, I'm so sorry, I hope this gets easier soon. How lucky you were to have had her.

How sad to read.
Just give yourself however much time you to recover!
Light a candle for her to send thanks as you are lucky to have had her as a mom.
